Double Trouble WOD

Why do 1x the fun when you can do 2x?! I find that counting to a high number while you are working hard helps take your mind off the pain, another trick I often use is breaking the reps up into sets of 10!

DOUBLE TROUBLE WOD

RUN 1 mile on a treadmill or outdoors  

  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Star Jumps (Modification: Jumping Jacks) 
  • 40 Plyo Tricep Dips (In crab walk position, dip and kick 1 leg up at a time, add a little hop with each kick)
  • 30 Burpees 
  • 30 Split Leg Lunge Jump (30 on each leg, take the hop out to modify)
  • 20 Deck Squats
  • 20 Russian Twists (1 weight in hand weight should be heavy)
  • 10 Wall Crawls
