Simple yet effective, and also a little painful. Break it up into lower reps if you need to, and slowly chip away at all those reps. Grab a buddy and work on this together. Get after it yall!

Why do 1x the fun when you can do 2x?! I find that counting to high number while you are working hard helps take your mind off the pain, another trick I often use is breaking the reps up into sets of 10!
