- 400m Run/Row
HOT UP
- 100 Squats
- 50 Shoulder Press
- 100 Squats
WERK
- 50 Burpees
- 40 Wall Balls (sub Thrusters if you do not have a ball)
- 30 Weighted Sit ups
- 20 Hand Release Push Ups
- 10 Wall Crawls
- 20 Hand Release Push Ups
- 30 Weighted Sit Ups
- 40 Wall Balls
- 50 Burpees
Keepin it 100 x 10
A 1,000 rep workout is no easy accomplishment, but it sure feels amazing when it's completed! Adjust the exercises according to your ability and available equipment. You can do it, this will take roughly 1 hour to complete! Get after it y'all!
