The EMOM- (Every Minute on the Minute) is like a beep test. You keep going with the three exercises until you can't go anymore, 10 minute time cap.
Make sure you WARM-UP before doing all of this, 5-10 minutes of running, jumping, lunging, and stretching!
To MODIFY this workout, don't make it a double. Just keep the exercises as is and you will still be working your buns off. Get after it yall!

Do not be overwhelmed when seeing big numbers in this workout. A great way to get through this is to break it up, do 10 reps and then see what you feel like. Take your time, you can do it and you will feel amazing afterward for your accomplishment.
