Great workout to do in a gym, in your basement, on your driveway, or any place you have a little bit of room to move. This workout should take you close to 45 minutes, if you zoom through it do everything through one more time, I ain't mad at that!! Make sure you warm up prior and stretch and cool down afterward. I know so many of you travel, whether it be for work or pleasure as long as you have 15-30 minutes you should be able to get an amazing workout in. Here are a few suggestions to get you going.
